Modern building facade clad in aluminium composite panels

ACP with A2 / FR / B2 / PVDF / HDPE / PE options

Aluminium composite panels

Flat, smooth and durable facade surfaces. Produced with a special core material placed between two aluminium layers, our composite panels are specially coated to keep their colour and form for many years against weather and sunlight, giving your building a modern, elegant and lasting appearance.

HIS BUILDING

Overview

Aluminium composite panels are lightweight yet highly robust facade cladding materials that give buildings a modern, smooth and lasting aesthetic. Being much lighter than solid aluminium, they add no extra load to the structure and make installation and application easier.

Fire Safety Matched to Your Project

Fire classification is the most critical criterion in facade safety. Choosing the right product according to local regulations and building height is essential:

  • PE (Polyethylene) Core Panels: economical and practical solutions for interior applications and the signage sector.
  • FR (Fire-Retardant) and A2 (Non-Combustible) Class Panels: fully compliant with the international standards (EN 13501-1) that are mandatory for high-rise buildings and projects where regulations require strict fire performance.
  • Our Assurance: we provide all classification and conformity reports required for your project together with our offer, without waiting for the order stage.

Paint and Surface Quality That Stands the Test of Time

How well your facade keeps its first-day appearance outdoors depends on the surface coating used. Thanks to high-quality PVDF coating technology, our panels resist colour fading and dulling for many years against sunlight and harsh climate conditions.

To suit your project's architectural style, all options - metallic, brushed, mirror, wood-effect finishes and a wide colour palette - are produced to the highest industrial standards.

PE Composite Panels

An economical and lightweight solution frequently chosen for interior applications, signage and projects where no fire classification is mandated. Thanks to its flawless surface flatness, it can be easily machined and formed.

Fire-Resistant FR Composite Panels

A safe solution reinforced with a mineral-filled core for exterior facade projects that demand high fire performance. It retains the easy machining and forming advantages of standard composite panels while achieving class B-s1,d0 fire resistance to EN 13501-1.

A2 Non-Combustible Composite Panels

Non-combustible mineral-core panels developed specifically for high-rise buildings, hospitals, airports and every facade project where national or local regulations mandate A2 fire performance. They are usually specified together with complete cassette and carrier system designs. Recommended for buildings above 18 metres in most European codes, this product is classified A2-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1, and full classification and CE documentation is supplied with every batch.

High-Quality Paint and Surface Technologies

Composite panels are coil-coated on continuous lines where film thickness and adhesion tests are routinely documented. Colours are matched per project, and all batch numbers are kept on record so that colour consistency is preserved in any future panel replacement.

FAQ

What is the fire resistance class of composite panels, and how should I choose the right class for my project?

Our A2 class panels fully comply with the local regulations that apply in particular to high-rise buildings and public projects. Contact our team to determine the class that best suits your project's architectural specification.

Can you produce project-specific RAL colours or custom shades matching our corporate identity?

Yes. In addition to our standard colour chart, we produce custom RAL colours and metallic shades to match the design language of your architectural projects or your brand's corporate identity exactly. We also offer special surface finishes (wood-effect, marble-effect, matt or gloss) and UV-resistant PVDF coating options that add value to your project.

How are the products packed and protected against damage during transport and storage?

Delivering the sensitive surfaces of aluminium composite panels to site without a blemish is our priority. Every panel is covered with high-quality, UV-resistant laser-cut protective film straight off the production line to guard the surface against scratches. Panels are then safely stacked with corner protectors, wooden pallets and moisture-resistant stretch and packaging materials to withstand impact, humidity and abrasion in transit, and dispatched in a form suitable for both domestic and international sea freight.

How resistant are composite panels to outdoor conditions (UV radiation and fading), and do you provide a warranty?

The surfaces of our composite panels used in exterior applications feature high-quality PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) paint technology. Thanks to this superior coating, our panels show exceptional resistance to harmful UV radiation, acid rain, extreme temperature swings and corrosion. Against colour fading, chalking and peeling, we provide assurance with manufacturer warranty certificates valid for many years, subject to your project's specification.
