This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we process it, how long we keep it and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

When you submit a request for quotation or contact form, we collect the information you provide: full name, company name, country, e-mail address, telephone number, product group of interest, your message and any files you attach, such as drawings or bills of quantity.

Our hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers also process limited technical data, including IP address, browser type and the time of your request, for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking profiles.

We process your data to respond to your inquiry, prepare and send quotations, carry out pre-contractual technical assessments, and manage the resulting commercial relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Where we retain correspondence for record-keeping, dispute prevention or commercial reference, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate business records (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Where processing is required by tax, customs or export legislation, the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

Your data is shared only where it is necessary to fulfil your request: with manufacturing partners preparing a technical offer, with freight forwarders and customs agents arranging shipment, and with our IT service providers for hosting and e-mail delivery. We never sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Because we are established in Türkiye and serve international projects, data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with our processors where required.

Inquiry records and related correspondence are kept for up to three years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by commercial, tax or export legislation. Attached technical documents are deleted once the related offer or project is closed, unless you ask us to retain them for future work.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission (TLS), restricted access to inquiry records on a need-to-know basis, and regular review of the access rights of our staff and service providers.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, to obtain rectification of inaccurate data, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We respond within one month of receiving a verified request. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority or, in Türkiye, with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
